Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn or washed
We may grant only a partial refund if an item is returned more than 30 days after delivery, or if it is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (your order number is fine).
How to start a return
Email us at info@bellemoi.me with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll send you instructions and a return mailing address.
Please do not ship the item back without contacting us first — we won’t be able to process returns we can’t trace to an order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale.
Exchanges
We replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, email us at info@bellemoi.me within 30 days of delivery.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, the credit will be issued to you by email.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will go to the gift giver.
Shipping returns
To return your product, mail it to the address we provide when you start your return.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
