How do I place an order?
Browse the shop, pick your size and color, add to cart, and check out. You’ll get an order confirmation email immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe, and PayPal for customers who prefer it.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so reach out within 2 hours of placing your order at info@bellemoi.me and we’ll do our best to update or cancel it before it ships.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States and Canada.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders ship within 2 business days. US standard delivery is 3–7 business days; Canada delivery is 7–14 business days from the ship date.
How much is shipping?
$8.00 flat to anywhere in the US, $20.00 flat to Canada. Shipping is free on orders over $150.
How do I track my order?
You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your label is created. If you haven’t seen it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or email us.
Returns & Sizing
What’s your return policy?
30 days from delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original packaging. See the full Refund and Returns Policy for details.
How do I start a return?
Email info@bellemoi.me with your order number and we’ll send return instructions.
How do your sizes run?
Belle Moi garments are contoured to fit the natural curves of the female form. If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for hoodies and sizing down for fitted tops.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes — for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. Email us within 30 days of delivery.
